Welcome to the Insight & Connection Coaching Program, Love Happy Live Free.

By clicking enroll now, you are acknowledging your acceptance of this agreement, including the privacy policy, and your active participation in the coaching program. The agreement below sets forth the terms of commitment of Love Happy Live Free by Catherine Topham Sly, director of Insight & Connection.
In these terms and conditions, “We/us/our” means Catherine Topham Sly. “You/your” means you as a user of the Website and/or Customer of the Program/Services.
The Experience. We are committed to creating an informing, inspiring, and empowering experience for all participants. All members agree to give and receive in balance.
To support the journey, participants will be provided access to:
* 18 pre-recorded relationship mindset and skills training classes
* 6 personal development workbooks
* 6 journaling/discussion prompt workbooks
* Bonus materials
Sharing log-in information, call-in numbers, passwords, and protected links with non-buyers is prohibited and will result in removal from the experience.
Non-disclosure agreement. Confidentiality is paramount. No screen shots will be shared nor information passed on to any other person.
Email support. From the date of enrolment you are entitled to up to 16 weeks' email support. Send your questions and reflections about the course material any time and we will get back to you once a week, except during occasional holidays or where other unforeseen circumstances cause reasonable delay.
Coaching calls. You are entitled to one coaching call per participant, which must be completed within 8 weeks of the date of enrolment.
Closing session. You are entitled to one closing session (join for couples) which must be completed within 16 weeks of the date of enrolment.
Lateness and Cancellations. Please give as much notice as possible if you are going to be late or cannot attend your appointment. If you are late the session will still finish at the arranged time. If we need to rearrange, an alternative appointment will be offered as soon as possible.
Confidentiality. Personal information disclosed by email and during sessions will remain confidential, with the following exceptions:
- Counsellors are required to have regular supervision, in line with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy code of ethics, viewable at http://www.bacp.co.uk/ethical_framework/
- If there is cause for concern for your safety, or the safety of others, we reserve the right to consult another professional, such as your GP. We will discuss this with you first if at all possible.
- Where we have a legal obligation to break confidentiality (see privacy policy).
Payment. Full payment or commitment to payment plan is required before beginning the experience. Please check the details of your Order form or Order page for the information specific to your program. You agree to pay the amount agreed and not to cancel this transaction with your bank or credit card company. The Company is not responsible for any overdraft charges, over limit charges, or NSF fees charged by your bank or credit card company.
Refund Policy. We are 100% confident that you will benefit immediately from the content of our program. The services therefore come with a no-refund policy. All sales are final.
Term. This Agreement will be effective until the completion of the maximum 16 weeks of the program.
Disclaimer. USE OF THE SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY CONTENT PROVIDED THEREIN IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. The Company and its employees, representatives and agents are not responsible for any physical or non-physical damages imagined, perceived, or otherwise sustained as a result of the use of the Program or Services or any content provided as part of the Program or Services. The Services provided through the Program are advisory and supportive only, and you bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your personal or professional life. You are free to reject any advice, suggestions or requests made during the Program at any time. There are no guarantees as to the progress or outcomes that may result from the Services and you are responsible for the results you achieve.
Modification. The Company may modify this Agreement from time to time and without notice. You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and any future modifications when such modifications are posted to the Company’s website. You should review this Agreement regularly during the use of the Program or Services to keep apprised of any changes.
Force Majeure. If a party is prevented from fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement for one of the following reasons beyond the party’s reasonable control, including due to a national environmental or military emergency, such as fire, flood, explosion, war, strike, embargo, government regulation, or civil or military authority, or acts or omissions of carriers, transmitters, providers, vandals, or hackers (a “force majeure event”), the time for that party’s performance will be extended for the period of the delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence; provided, however, that You will not be excused from payment of any sums of money owed by you to Catherine Topham Sly; and provided further, however, that if a party suffering a force majeure event is unable to cure that event within thirty (30) days, the other party may terminate this Agreement.
Damage Waiver. Under no circumstances whatsoever shall we be liable to you or anyone else for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under this Agreement, arising out of your participation in the Program including due to the actions, statements or behavior of any third parties or participants of the Program. This provision applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the Company’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to the Company for the services during the term of the Program or membership.
Intellectual Property. All materials provided to you as part of your Program or Services which are the subject of this Agreement are proprietary and may not be duplicated, copied, reproduced, published or displayed in any form without the prior express written permission of the Company. You may not re-use, perform, modify, transmit, re-post or use in any way the content, the Company’s unique combination of content, the structure, system or unique presentation and delivery style, method or other proprietary system unique to the Company, and any derivative works thereof, without the prior express written permission of the Company. All content may be used only as explicitly provided in writing as part of the program. All other uses of the content, copy, images, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on any materials provided as part of your Program or Services under this Agreement are prohibited and protected by US and International copyright and Intellectual Property laws. Access to any materials or content online or otherwise as part of the Program or Services subject to this Agreement should not be construed as granting any license or right to use said content, without the prior express written permission of the Company.
Privacy. You agree to the terms and conditions of the online privacy policy found at https://insightconnection.uk/privacy-policy/ and the therapy and coaching privacy policy.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement of the parties relating to the Program or Services purchased, and any and all prior agreements, understandings, and representations, whether express or implied, written or oral, regarding the Program or Services, are of no further force and effect. In order to participate in certain portions of the Program or Services, you may be notified that you may be required to agree to additional terms and conditions as the program is revised over time. You may receive a copy of this Agreement at any time by emailing the Company at catherine @ insightconnection.uk and requesting a copy of your “Program Terms of Purchase.”
