Is this guide for couples, or can I do it on my own?
This guide is for YOU! This is an opportunity for YOU to think and learn about what YOU need to make your relationship work for YOU. There's absolutely no need to get your partner on board (unless you want to).
What's the time commitment?
The five relationship coaching sessions last between 30 and 45 minutes. You can watch them any time and anywhere on your phone or computer. I know you're busy, but if you don't change anything, nothing's going to change! So make some time for yourself and your relationship, and let's see how differently you might see things by the end of the guide.
Is there a time limit to complete the guide?
Nope! I would encourage you to make a commitment to make time to complete this guide. But when you do that is up to you! You'll have lifetime access to the content so you can work through it at your own pace, and come back and watch it again whenever you need a refresher.
